our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful. it exceeded our expectations and was even better than our previous stay in seaton. the apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a well-stocked kitchen and a lovely garden. the hosts, karen and trace, were welcoming and friendly. we would definitely return and highly recommend this place.

it was a very pleasant stay during trip to seaton. very comfortable facilities, everything we needed was there. karen was the best owner ever. location was nice, a short way from everything we needed.

Location is magnificent; 10 minutes walk to city centre...

Fring House Apartment is the perfect base for a relaxing seaside holiday. Located close to the beach and just a short walk down to the seafront, the location couldn't be better. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with top-quality bed linens and luxurious amenities in the bathroom. The service provided by Karen and her husband is exceptional, with attention to detail and a warm welcome that makes you feel right at home. Breakfast is a highlight, with a mouthwatering menu and locally sourced ingredients.

The only downside is the lack of a view from the rooms.

Spacious, clean apartment with attractive decor. Well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. Convenient location near town center and beach. Friendly and available owner. Would highly recommend.

The icing on the cake was the en-suite bathroom with a larger shower cubicle and a dressing room. It felt like stepping into a luxury spa, minus the robes and fluffy slippers. Never had I imagined a bathroom could be so divine!

Distance from airport.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable; the location is quiet and close to the seafront, and the host was very likeable.

An en-suite bathroom with a larger shower cubicle and a dressing room - The bathroom in this apartment was like a luxurious sanctuary, with a shower cubicle big enough to fit a small village! And the dressing room? It made me feel like a Hollywood star getting ready for the red carpet!

Not enough parking spaces.

This place is mind-blowingly spacious and ridiculously cozy. It's super bright, well-maintained, and the decor is jaw-droppingly attractive. Seriously, it's like stepping into a home away from home. And let's not forget about the amazing bonus of having access to the stunning house garden - we even chilled there a couple of times in the evening. The owner is a total legend, so friendly and always available if needed. The cherry on top is the location, just a short walk to the town center and beach, with buses nearby for epic day trips. Highly recommend!

Whenever I stay here, I am always satisfied. The staff even helped me with technical issues during my first visit. With amenities like free Wi-Fi, parking, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV, this place has everything I need. It's perfect for a romantic escape.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were beautifully decorated with thoughtful finishing touches that made our stay extra special. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the cooked breakfast was fantastic. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within easy reach of the town and seafront. We also loved the stunning views from our terrace, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Honestly, there wasn't anything we disliked during our stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
